These are the terms under which HUE accepts patients. We have kept them brief.
Bookings
A confirmed booking is a reservation of Dr. Han's time. If you must reschedule, we ask for at least twenty-four hours' notice as a matter of courtesy. We do the same for you. There are no cancellation fees.
Mirror readings
A Mirror reading is a diagnostic conversation, not a binding plan. You may take the printed plan home, consider it, and return — or not return at all. Nothing in the reading obligates you to any treatment. We expect, and welcome, patients who read once and decline.
Treatments
All treatments are performed by Dr. Han or, where the case allows, a senior nurse-injector under her direct supervision. Every treatment plan is reviewed in council by two physicians before being offered to you. We do not perform treatments that are not, on review, indicated by the reading.
Safety and informed consent
Before any treatment, you will be asked to sign a brief consent form specific to that procedure. The form lists the expected outcomes, the realistic risks, the recovery period, and the alternatives we considered. You may take it home to read before signing.
Fees
Fees are listed at booking and on the public site. The reading is paid for at the time of reading; treatments at the time of treatment. We do not invoice; we do not run accounts; we do not take retainers for unspecified future work.
If something goes wrong
Write to Dr. Han at [email protected]. We will respond, in writing, within one working day. If the concern is medical, return to the studio for a no-fee follow-up reading.
